FLOW

This year I am in charge of FLOW.  Its a true test of breath control, intentional breathing.  Bringing life, connection.  Highlighting vibrancy and people who generate positive things.  Building on past learning, wisdom, gleaning.  
Remembering that the only person I control really is my self - I'm only in charge of one person after all is said and done - and before it too.  FLOWS have been a big part of my healing, my revealing, my unveiling of who I am, and what I want to do--what I am doing ; with my life, my relationships and in community and in MY community: NORTHSIDE.
