Walk & Talk Waiver
Walk & Talk is a new community connection and wellness effort sponsored by NRRC.   Neighbors will gather and walk and share opinions in a lightly moderated discussion as we walk.  Each month we will meet at a different location in or near the NRRC zone and walk to (and from) an iconic North Minneapolis location.  Each meetup will have a different focus and be facilitated by Kenna Cottman, longtime Homewood resident and Northside artist.

accessibility notes

  • Walk & Talk sessions will happen once monthly on the first Wednesday of every month at 6pm
  • We will meet at public locations that are accessible and outdoors
  • All the Northside locations are urban settings with traffic and other safety considerations

  • Folks are welcome to walk or roll, we will stick to public sidewalks and wheelchair accessible routes
  • All ages of people are welcome, strollers and wagons are recommended in case little legs get tired
