PRESENT/FUTURE
- Voice of Culture is focused on our practice. Please check the CALENDAR for practice details. Voice of Culture is A BLACK SPACE for the practice of cultural arts. #BIPOC are welcome to participate.

- Kenna is focused on developing House of Culture, a boutique thrift fashion house and shop with a queer Black aesthetic on Broadway Ave in North Minneapolis.
- Voice of Culture core members and past participants are invited to help vision the future of Drumming, Dancing, Singing and Telling Stories with each other
PAST
- Voice of Culture has had practice on Saturdays at 3 for over 10 years.
- Voice of Culture has always been open to performing for community and cultural events and ceremonies.
- We began in 2008 as a means for continuing our study of Djembe drum and dance
- We were a performing group that has been on every stage in the Twin Cities, and drumming in the streets to protest and lift up Blackness
LEARNINGS
- Voice of Culture has changed from when it first started
- We are a Black Family of cultural artists (Griots) focused on Black Space and Black Liberation
