Featuring out of town guest artists, language and drumming workshops, a game night and Taneber drum and dance party!
Here in the heart of North Minneapolis at North Community High School & Holyground by the Zen Bin, as well as the iconic Southside's Pillsbury House and Theater.

Park in the lot off 14th and Irving, or on the street
Enter door 23 and head to the Auditorium to check in.
Classes will be in the dance studio, room 110 (the Blue Box), onstage or in the cafeteria. There are bathrooms, water and spaces to rest onsite at North. Broadway Ave nearby has two African restaurants and a grocery store. Check in with Kenna about local amenities ([email protected])

M’Bolo Afrikan Arts Org, a 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization, is hosting its annual Sabar Rek Dance Conference. Mbolo Arts Org is designed to preserve the African diaspora in America. Our mission is to promote education, health, and economics through seminars, dance, drum, fashion, and cuisine education workshops.
